Elizabeth is a registered Chinese medicine practitioner and acupuncturist in Hong Kong. She received her training in Hong Kong, China, and Australia, and started her career at a hospital in Shanghai where she was exposed to over a hundred cases a day. With a strong passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, she pursued further her education in sports nutrition (graduating with distinction) and personal training.

Upon returning to Hong Kong, Elizabeth decided to focus her practice on women’s health, weight management, and sports performance enhancement. She believes that achieving balance in the body is key to optimal health and disease prevention, and she employs a variety of techniques to help her patients achieve this balance. In addition to Traditional Chinese Medicine, she also incorporates modern nutrition and sports science into her practice. Elizabeth is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their health and fitness goals through a personalized approach that considers their unique needs and concerns.

Elizabeth uses herbal medicine and acupuncture to treat a wide range of ailments naturally and improve overall health and immunity. She is knowledgeable in treating pregnancy and menstrual-related issues to support women’s health. She is also familiar with a combination of therapies (e.g., acupuncture, cupping, and Gui Sha) to enhance beauty, such as facial rejuvenation, hair growth, fat loss, and muscle symmetry.

Elizabeth is often invited to speak at events and share her expertise with the media. She has been featured in various press outlets, including Sing Tao Newspaper and Metro Radio Broadcast.

●      Diploma in Postnatal Care (UK)

●      Certificate in Personal Training
